Iron Road

Generations ago, through lineages that were incredibly old and tangled, my ancestors left their homes in search of prosperity, and the result is the world you and I live in today. The Canadian Pacific Railway stretches from Vancouver, B.C. to New York. Many jobs were to be had, a country to be united into one for commerce and trade. Others promised gold and wealth, land and abundances of food, but they could not be more wrong. I, (Erica Chan), am about to tell a story of a family like mine's history.
