The Queen of the Hurricanes: Elsie MacGill

A historical site is a place of national significance, that contributes to a better and more diverse Canada for all us. This version for Canada is perfectly exemplified by Elsie MacGill. Not many people know about the legacy of Elsie MacGill. This is a shame, because Elsie MacGill has dedicated her life to making Canada a better place through leading the way for women, engineering, and feminism. Elsie MacGill deserves recognition for her lifelong work by creating a National Historical Site in her honour so that she is never forgotten.
